What makes your hoodies so amazing and different?

Hour Hoodies are made of premium polyester fabric and produced using modern manufacturing techniques. Our hoodies are comfortable, breathable, and a great fit. Customers often tell us how amazing the print quality is and how comfortable the hoodies are.

How do I know my correct size?

Can I wash my hoodie in the washing machine?

Yes, since the print is made with the highest quality fade proof printing techniques, you can absolutely wash your hoodie in the washing machine!

I received a faulty product! Should I bang my head or troll you on social media?

Please do none of the above! :D

Instead, please write to us at support@hoodiegang.in or to our WhatsApp customer support number at +919167869545 along with your order number and the fault with the item. We will initiate the process of pickup and replacement. You can also check our Return & Exchange Policy here.

Are these hoodies made in India?

Yes, all our hoodies are proudly made in India!

Do you offer Free Shipping on all orders?

Yes, we offer 100% Free Shipping on all orders. We just want you to enjoy our hoodies instead of worrying about any extra shipping cost.

When will you ship my order?

We make our best effort to ensure that each order is shipped out from our warehouse within 4 working days of the order date. However, in some cases it may take up to 5 or more working days during festivals or when there are other mitigating circumstances. Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday.

From where will you ship my order?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Karnal outside of Delhi.

How long will it take to get my order?

Please allow 6 to 12 days for your order to arrive at your doorstep from the day of placing an order. The delivery time will vary depending on where in India you stay.

To make sure that your order reaches you in a swift and safe way, Hoodie Gang uses only reputable courier partners. A shipping confirmation message with a tracking link will be sent to you after the product has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

No, Hoodie Gang is an India exclusive brand! You will have to come to India to get one! ;)

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately at support@hoodiegang.in or message us on our WhatsApp customer support number: +919167869545. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will not be able to make any changes. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy.

We take our customers’ security very seriously. Our website is 100% secure. When credit card information is transmitted to our payment processor, it is done so using SSL encryption.

Do you have any Affiliate Program?

At the moment we don't, but we are working on one which will be very beneficial for you and your friends.
