Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 10 day Free Return & Exchange Policy on all orders placed on www.hoodiegang.in. That means that after receiving your order you can send it back to us within 10 days for any reason. You can either exchange the product to a different size or design, or return it completely for a full refund. We are so confident that you will love our hoodies that we even pay for the return shipment in case you would like to return or exchange your product.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Hoodie Gang reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.

Refund Policy

Once your return has been received back to us and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item by WhatsApp, email or phone call.

After your return has been approved, your refund will be processed and automatically refunded back to your original source of payment within 5-7 working days.

Shipping in case of Return or Exchange

Our customer support team will book the return shipment and pickup for you. Cancelation Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy in case you change your mind after placing an order. 

In case you want to cancel your order within 24 hours from the order being placed, please call us or reach out to our WhatsApp Customer Support team at +919167869545 and mention your order number. They will assist you with canceling the order. You can also send us an email with your cancellation request to support@hoodiegang.in.

In case of cancellation your refund will be processed and automatically refunded back to your original source of payment within 5-7 working days.
